The Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC) serves a variety of roles, including offering its membership learning opportunities, and one such event will soon be held in Mississauga.
The OAFC recently scheduled its annual Conference and Trade Show, and it will be on offer in early May. It may be of interest to anyone working or volunteering in the firefighting field, and other first responders may find it helpful as well.
The four-day symposium will offer plenty of opportunities for professional development, and it is anticipated that delegates will be coming in from all across the country. It will include presentations, workshops, breakout sessions and a vendor area where the attendees can learn about some of the latest innovations in the field, along with a memorial. The participants can meet face to face with the vendors, and the conference is set to open with a welcome networking reception.
A national-level conference like this may attract a lot of attention from its target audience. Sending out attendee packets ahead of time may be helpful to those who plan on attending such an event, and these can include promotional Pens, registrant badges and other swag.
The 2024 OAFC Conference and Trade Show will run from Wednesday, May 1st to Saturday, May 4th. Mississauga’s International Centre will be the venue for the occasion.
