Mississauga to host legal workshop for women

A legal workshop will be taking place in Mississauga this May, and it will be an in-person event aimed at women.

The team members at KPA Lawyers will be sharing their working knowledge of family law with the attendees in a two-hour long session that is set to be held at KPA Lawyers in Mississauga. It will be a safe space for the attendees to talk and share their challenges, and as seating is limited, everyone interested may want to arrive early.

The session will introduce a variety of topics related to family law, such as separation, divorce and common law marriage. Attendees will learn about their rights and responsibilities, and some of the more prevalent myths. Custody and child support issues are on the agenda, as are the basics of division of property. The function will be led by two practising female attorneys, and everyone will be able to ask questions.

Along with a chance to learn, those who take part in the function will be able to mingle and share some light refreshments. A brochure printing company can prepare informative materials to distribute at a gathering like this.

KPA Lawyers will be offering its Women-Only Free Info Session with Family Lawyers on May 26th. It will begin at 6:30 pm, and its Eventbrite listing includes information for anyone interested.
