The City of Mississauga has collaborated with Paint the Town Red, Port Credit BIA and Visit Mississauga to take Canada Day further.
Canada Day #INThePort will be a unique festival that will have elements of the much-anticipated Paint the Town Red Festival. To be held in Port Credit Memorial Park, it will also expand into the streets of Mississauga and have a vibrant street festival, which will include a variety of games, amusement rides and a giant Ferris wheel. Main Street will have a wide range of street performances, live music and shows, in addition to a variety of local vendors. The celebration will also have a kids' zone, which will host a variety of games and activities throughout the day. The festival will wrap up with a fireworks display that will appear over the Credit River.
High-energy events like the Canada Day celebration often bring out a wide range of local businesses and performers who sometimes use flyer printing to help spread awareness of their upcoming performances or how to find them after the event.
The 2025 Canada Day #INThePort celebration will take place on July 1st and run from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Port Credit Memorial Park, which can be found at 40 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga. Additional information about the celebration can be found on the City of Mississauga's website.
