Mississauga graduates invited to career fair

The Mississauga community is home to many thriving companies and passionate recent graduates, which an upcoming event aims to connect.

Located near Markham’s high-tech hub, the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa will be hosting the upcoming Career Compass 2025 Summer Job Fair.

Mississauga job seekers can take the first step towards their dream careers with this job fair, allowing them to not only meet with top recruiters within the region, but also explore potential job opportunities and network with the other 1,500 expected event attendees from marketing, finance, media and tech fields. The fair will feature over 50 major hiring companies from industry leaders, including Google, TD and RBC.

Graduates will also be able to listen to expert panel discussions, learn how to stand out during the hiring process, participate in speed interviews, and upgrade their LinkedIn profile with a professional headshot. The job fair is also giving away $2,000 worth of prizes, including LinkedIn Premium subscriptions and job-seeker toolkits. Networking at this event is encouraged and rewarded with the Job Seeker Challenge, which has its own set of rewards.

Employers and event hosts at job fairs use tools like brochure printing to easily convey information at the event and for event attendees to take with them.

The Career Compass 2025 Summer Job Fair will take place on June 8, 2025 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre, which can be found at 8500 Warden Avenue Markham. Tickets for this job fair can be purchased through the event's website.
