A day that celebrates girls and their potential is set to be held in Mississauga this fall. It will be filled with lots to see and do, and the organizers are hoping the attendees will find it inspirational, as well as informative and fun.
The expo, which is geared towards girls who are from ages 5 to 12, will include hands-on activities, presentations and even a vendor alley. Tickets are $12 each, and family packs are also available.
The event is scheduled to run for six hours, and with so much going, the guests may find that they stay for the entire day. They can take a seat in the audience enjoying a live performance, and there will also be science, technology and other workshops. Speakers from the community will address the group, and art, cooking and dance classes will also be on offer.
While the youngsters have fun exploring the expo, their parents and guardians can visit the businesses and other vendors that will be setting up shop for the occasion.
