Event Safety Alliance Canada recently announced that it will be offering a Severe Weather Workshop, and it is intended for both event planners and venue operators alike. The initiative was first developed in the USA, and this event will be a two day long symposium.
Each year, venues across the GTA play host to a variety of public and private functions. Being well prepared can help those who work in the event planning industry to mitigate the risk from severe weather.
A variety of industry experts will be lending their experience and knowledge to the occasion, and they will discuss a range of topics related to being prepared for extreme weather situations such as winter storms. The focus will be on preparedness, and participants will learn about resources in both the public and private sectors that can help them.
The goal of the event is for each of the attendees to walk away better informed about what steps they can take to be prepared for severe weather, and they will receive lots of actionable tips and advice they can easily put into practice. A number of Forms, signage and other admin materials can be prepared by local printing services to be distributed and used at conferences held in the area such as this.
Mississauga’s Living Arts Centre is set to host this event on October 2nd and 3rd. Tickets start at $299.99 each.Get a Free Quote for Forms
