The one-day event will feature classes and workshops focused on yoga and mind-body awareness. There will be a main stage class and a small group workshop available for each half-hour slot, including titles like “Beyond Burnout”, “Chair Yoga: Finding Accessible Balance” and “Finding Function in Your Flow.”
In addition to yoga, classes will touch on practices like Pilates and meditation and be hosted by experts and trainers from southern Ontario and beyond. Instructors include yoga therapist and Pilates instructor Melinda Culp, therapist Jenna McGonegal and Willow Lane Studio owner Ariane Wieck. Attendees are also encouraged to connect and make bonds with other students, with advertising encouraging people to:

The Festival will also include a Health and Wellness exhibits where visitors can sample local health-based products and services. Exhibitors featured include Bisson Dentistry, Royal City Osteopathy and Pilates Reformers. Vendors in areas like this often offer free samples and Promotional Products to help make permanent connections with new customers.
The 2026 edition of the Guelph Yoga and Wellness Festival will take place on Woodlawn Road in Guelph on August 30.
