Waterloo Air Show takes to the air for another year

The Waterloo Air Show is taking place in Breslau on the first weekend in June. This year, the event will also be the home of the 2013 Canadian Aviation Expo and trade show.

There will be many aerial displays over the two days, with groups such as the Canadian Forces Snowbirds taking part. Other displays will involve wing walkers and a jet car.

Guests will have the chance to meet the pilots, see some historic planes and get autographs. There will also be aviation displays, children's activities, flying lessons, food concessions and vendors. For those who want a little more out of the show, a Sky Chalet VIP Experience is available. It includes food, beverages, preferred seating and a Waterloo Air Show calendar.

The event attracts thousands of people from all over the Waterloo Region every year, including those from nearby Guelph. No doubt organizers have worked with local Print companies to design and print items such as Posters and Flyers to market this annual event to the community.

The Waterloo Air Show will take place at the Region of Waterloo International Airport from June 1-2 from 10:00am - 5:00pm each day. Tickets for adults are $20 in advance or $25 at the gate and $9 in advance for children or $10 at the gate. Guests are advised to bring their own chairs or blankets. Sky Chalet Experience tickets are $150 for adults and $85 for children. For more information, call 519-341-4742.
