The Ultimate Habitat House Party is taking place in Guelph this November, with proceeds going to provide homes for the less fortunate. More than 250 people are expected to attend the inaugural event.
The party, which has been organized by Habitat for Humanity, is set to feature plenty of celebrity guests, a four-course meal spread out over four rooms, live entertainment, silent and live auctions, and a draw. There will also be a celebrity auction in which people can bid to have a famous guest sit at their table with them for each portion of the dinner.
Celebrities who have been confirmed to attend include Mag Ruffman, Patrick McKenna and Jeff Lumby from the Red Green Show, Dee Brun, and Bill Symons. Other auctions will feature items priced between $500 and $10,000, with Gift Certificates and travel packages also on offer; the prizes have been donated by local businesses and individuals.
In addition, there will be a raffle for a hot tub, with tickets costing $20 for one, $50 for three and $100 for 20. The event will be a great way to celebrate all that Habitat for Humanity accomplishes in the community.
It is likely that Guelph printing companies have been approached to provide marketing materials or Invitations that might be sent out.
