The Guelph-Wellington Business Enterprise Centre provides services for those starting up a business, those who have and established business and anyone between the ages of 15 and 34 who wish to start a business. Among the many services and perks offered by the Centre is the Business Card wall which displays your card. The Centre provides services to all businesses such as mentoring, training, networking events and programs. Mentoring includes a free 1-hour consultation with a business advisor and a monthly coaching session program called Pathway to Success. Training includes a seminar series and advanced training sessions with an expert. Networking events include the Entrepreneur’s Club, a monthly networking breakfast, the Centre’s annual Small Business STAR Awards and the October Small Business Forum. Programs include the Loyalty program which gives you access to business discounts, a listing in the Small Business Directory and access to the Business Card Wall.
The next event coming up at the Guelph-Wellington Business Enterprise Centre is the October Small Business Forum. This annual event will be held at the Holiday Inn Scottsdale in Guelph on October 25 from 3-7:30 pm. The forum will feature a key note speaker, round table discussions, the annual Small Business STAR Awards reception and the opportunity to network with your fellow members. The forum is presented by the Guelph-Wellington Business Enterprise Center in conjunction with the Province of Ontario, CanadaBusinessOntario, and CJOY/Magic.
