The Spring Car Show of the Greater Vancouver Mustang Association is taking place next month in North Vancouver.
The show is set to feature hundreds of Mustang’s ranging from 1964 to 2018. There are only two categories that will be featured: stock and modified (cars must be classed as modified if they have four or more changes). Owners will be competing with each other to win trophies for first, second and third place, as well as honorable mentions.
The winners will be voted on by other participants. Registered car owners will receive dash plaques once they have voted. The registration fee is $20 and cars can only be registered at the show. Cars will be displayed beside the harbor at the bottom of Fell Road.
In addition to the show, breakfast and lunch will both be served by Big Dogs Catering in their vintage Airstream trailer. There will also be raffles and door prizes.
Attendance for the public is free of charge. To help spread the word, organizers of such events often invest in poster printing services from a North Vancouver Print shop. Flyers can be distributed in the community quickly and inexpensively.
The Greater Vancouver Mustang Association’s Spring Car Show will be held at Harbourside Place on May 27 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For more information about registering a car or attending, contact Patrick Comey at 604-240-1887.
