Reptiles coming to Red Deer
The 4th annual Western Canadian Reptile Expo is coming to Red Deer for two days in August.
The event will feature anything and everything to do with reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. There will be informative displays from breeders of such animals, information from reptile organizations, animal appearances, special guest talks, and a variety of activities to take part in.
Suppliers and vendors will also be showcasing and selling items which are reptile-related or of interest to those who love animals. The event will appeal to those who already have an interest in reptiles and also those who are looking to learn more. Many organizations will be on hand to help people make informed decisions regarding reptiles.
Vendors can rent space for $120 for the two-days. Sponsors of the event are also given display tables where they can sell items to the public.
Vendors and reptile organizations will likely be working with Red Deer printing companies to prepare for the event. This might include investing in services such as sign and banner printing to help decorate the venue and to draw more attention to individual booths. Brochure printing may also be used to provide information people can take home with them.
The Western Canadian Reptile Expo will take place at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Centre from August 24 to 25. Tickets are $7 or $20 for a family of four. For more information about the event contact Greg West at 403-807-0168 or visit the official website.
