Food fans in Red Deer are about to be treated to an event right up their street, and while they enjoy the experience, they will be supporting a charity that helps people living with cancer.
The annual Alberta Food and Beverage Expo will be on offer in Red Deer in late March, showcasing local culinary talent as well as a selection of cocktails and other beverages. It will welcome attendees for six hours, and samples will be the order of the day.
Ticketholders will find themselves treated to an immersive experience, with a wide variety of food being served. At least 120 vendors will be on hand at the location in Westerner Park.
Billed as being the area’s social event of the year, general admission passes for the day start at $21 each. The activity is limited to those age 18 and up, and those interested may attend on their own, with their spouse or partner, or a group of friends.
