A long-running home show will return to Red Deer in 2020, featuring over 270 exhibitors dealing with all areas of home improvement and presentations from TV stars.
The Red Deer Home Show is a three-day exhibition dealing with every aspect of building and renovating a home. The diverse list of vendors includes names like Arbor Valley Cabinet Gallery, Bee Right Natural Honey, and Canpro Deck and Rail. Large exhibitions like this allow for smaller businesses and brands to interact with a large number of customers, with business card printing and poster printing often used to make an impact.
This year’s show will see a focus on sustainability, with an ‘up-cycle challenge’ presented by Habitat for Humanity Restore and an exhibition of ‘tiny home’ living complete with a show home.
The Home Show will also feature a number of speakers, many of whom are well-known for appearances on cable or local television programs. Already announced are Chelsie Anderson, known for her appearances on CTV Calgary and presenting on gardening “soil-utions”, and Exposure Solar CEO Daley Brochu, with new guests to be added in the weeks leading up to the show. There will also be a children’s zone featuring bouncy castles and face painting, and a craft beer sampling event for the adults.
The 2020 installment of the Red Deer Home Show will take place from March 6 to 8 at Westerner Park.
