Popular fair returning to Red Deer this July
The Westerner Days Fair and Exposition is taking place for five days this July in Red Deer. This popular event attracts approximately 95,000 visitors to the area each year.
The fair will kick off with a parade through Downtown Red Deer, beginning at 9:30am on the opening day. The fair is a combination of a livestock show and one that offers family entertainment. There will be a midway with games and rides, food concessions, special guests, a street market, and a miniature horse show.
Street performers such as Spandy Andy and Doo Doo the Clown are expected to entertain the crowds, along with the Freddy Fusion Science Magic Show and Superdogs.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $6 for seniors and those between the ages of six and 12, and $10 for youth.
