Annual show aimed at new and expectant mothers
The 9th Rock Your Bump Spring show is taking place next month in Red Deer, just in time for Mother's Day. It is hosted by Mommy Connections.
The first 100 people through the door will receive swag bags filled with samples, moneysaving coupons, and promotional products from Red Deer companies and organizations. Most of those items will be provided to the organizers by sponsors of the event.
There are set to be 62 vendors on hand selling a variety of products such as clothing, jewelry, toys, and home accessories. In addition, several companies will be providing information on such matters as health, wellness and fitness.
There will be a fashion show featuring items of interest to young mothers, babysitting services, and the Mom's Lounge for nursing. Children's activities will include face painting and a free photo booth, although donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities Central Alberta are appreciated.
No doubt this will be a great event for both mothers and for small businesses and artisans to make their name better known in the Red Deer community.
