Calgary to host baby sleep information session

As a newborn grows, parents may find they have questions about helping their child sleep, and an upcoming Calgary workshop will offer both answers and advice.

A session that is aimed at parents or caregivers for babies between the ages of four to 18 months will be focused on sleep patterns of infants and toddlers. Babies are welcome, but it is recommended by the organizers that older children may prefer to remain at home.

During the hour-and-a-half long event, the attendees will discuss how they can help their child develop good sleep habits. Troubleshooting tips will be shared, and everyone is welcome to come with questions to ask the facilitators. There will also be opportunities for the participants to meet and get to know one another, and this may help them to form a support network they can call on when they need it.

Becoming a new parent can be an exciting but challenging time, and mom and dads may appreciate the chance to learn some new care techniques and become more confident in their abilities. Workbooks, Copies of handouts, promotional Pens and other items for a function like this can all be crafted by area printers.

The Let's Talk About Baby Sleep: 4-18 Months will be on offer on March 4th. The venue for the activity can be found at 4935 40 Avenue Northwest.
