Branch #285 of the Royal Canadian Legion will be hosting the Car Show‘n’Shine Fundraiser: Hoods on Horton event next month.
Calgary car buffs and the general public are invited to stop by 9202 Horton Road SW for this activity, and it will be held rain or shine. Those who will include the gathering in their plans are reminded to wear red, as this will show support for deployed troops and their families.
Along with the car show and shine, the day will boast live music performed by Brian McCullough and Friends, and food and drinks will also be on offer. Raffles and other prize draws are in the works, and the fee to enter a car is $20.00. The charity of choice will be the Legion and Veterans Association Food Bank, and anyone who is interested in sponsoring the day is asked to contact the organizers.
Organizers often choose to add the Logo Design of its sponsors to the Posters, Banners and Brochures it uses to promote a community event like this one.
The Car Show‘n’Shine Fundraiser: Hoods on Horton will offer fun in the sun on Sunday, August 13th. Everyone is asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food, and a challenge has been issued to the attendees to be as generous as they can.
