An upcoming workshop in Calgary is set to provide an opportunity for kids to do something special with their moms for Mother’s Day.
The registrants in the floral design class that will be held at Flower Aura will be learning how to prepare a bespoke bouquet. It is intended to be an activity that school-age kids can enjoy with their mothers or other important women in their lives, and both sons and daughters are welcome to attend.
The group will be creating teacup arrangements, and the tools and materials needed will be provided. Those who plan on attending with their child will need to reserve both an adult and child’s pass, and moms can also attend with their adult children. The pieces will be ready to take home at the end of the session, and everyone can keep the porcelain cup to reuse afterwards too.
A floral design class or other learning session can combine fun with the chance to pick up a new skill. A flyer printing company will be happy to prepare materials that can be helpful in keeping the public abreast of upcoming events like this in their area.
The Mother's Day DIY workshop - Lovingly Tea Cup! is scheduled for May 10th. It will be held at 403 Forge Rad, starting at 6:00 pm.
