Physical activity can be good for both a child’s body and mind, whatever their level of ability may be. The Tiny Tykes Triathlon will give kids a chance to stretch their muscles and gain confidence in themselves, and this event will be held this July in South Calgary.
The triathlon, which is geared towards youngsters who are between three and eight years old, will include time in the water, walking, and also rolling along. When registering their son or daughter, parents can choose the category that they feel is best suited to their child, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
To help keep the event organized, the participants will start in heats. The various activities can be adapted to suit each child’s level of ability, and parents are encouraged to support them if needed. They can be with them in the pool, and when it’s time to do the wheeled portion of the triathlon, bikes, bike chariots, striders, tricycles, and wheelchairs will all be welcome.
There will be three separate categories for parents to choose from when it comes to registering their children for the triathlon. Certificates, finisher’s medals, and other awards for the participants in an event like this can be prepared by a company that crafts corporate gifts and other printed materials.
July 7 has been scheduled for this family activity, which will be held at 3130 16 Street S.W. The registration fee is $12 per child.
