Calgary foodies and wine lovers alike may want to make sure their name is on the list of attendees for an event that will be guided by one of the city’s leading sommeliers.
Early April will see Brad Royale share his knowledge of wines and pairings when he serves as the guide for Vin & Vue: A French Wine Soirée, which will be a celebration of French wine. It will open with a welcome drink, and while they mingle, the guests will be able to enjoy views of Lake Bonavista.
The function will be pouring wines supplied by Nobilis Wine Importers Ltd., and they will be sourced from the Loire Valley in France. The menu will include a four-course meal, and the occasion has been planned as a casual and friendly affair. Seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and anyone who has allergies can contact the organizers in advance.
A special meal may call for custom decorations, Menus and other materials. A printer can craft a graphic design for such items, in addition to producing them.
This evening of sipping and savouring a selection of French wines and food pairings is scheduled for April 2nd. The location for the soiree will be 747 Lake Bonavista Drive, and tickets to be part of the experience are $175.00 each.
