An autumn walk in the woods offers a chance to reconnect with nature, and a park in Calgary will be hosting one of these organized events next month.
Fish Creek Environmental Learning Centre will be the gathering point for the Nature and Forest Therapy Walk, which has been planned by Friends of Fish Creek. It will be a leisurely experience, and those who take part can expect to complete the experience feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and well-grounded in nature.
During the guided excursion, the walkers will be encouraged to use all of their senses, and they are asked to bring along water, layered clothing, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, a small towel and an open mind. Face masks may also be required, and before the session wraps up, treats and tea will be shared, courtesy of The Heart in Bragg Creek.
Tickets start at $22.23 each, and reservations can now be made for the evening by anyone who would like to get involved.
When promoting this type of excursion to the public, organizers often invest in flyer printing, with eye-catching, colourful Flyers available for almost any occasion and budget.
Friends of Fish Creek has made arrangements to offer this mindfulness activity in the peace of nature on September 16th. The registrants will meet up at 6:30 pm before they hit the trails. Get a Free Quote for Flyers
