A pop-up market can be a great place to snag some new items, and Calgary’s Marda Loop Communities Association will be hosting a series of these events this summer.
These temporary markets, which will be held outdoors, will be the place to go for those who want to support the city’s artistic side. They will be open for browsing and buying for five and a half hours each day, and everyone can enter free of charge.
The organizers have noted that the markets will include at least 80 tent exhibits, and both artisans and makers will be showing off their skills. Food will be available, and the adults in the crowd can head to the indoor tasting room, where they will be treated to a selection of locally crafted wine, beer and spirits. It will be a pet friendly function, and to help with contact tracing, attendees may be asked to give their name and address upon entry.
Even though a large group of vendors has already reserved a space, there may still be room for more to join in the fun. Vendors taking part in this sort of function may wish to reach out to their local printing services company ahead of time to make sure they have all the necessary printed materials.
Marda Loop Communities Association has invited one and all to experience the excitement of its summertime markets. They will be held at 3130 12 Street Southwest and will take place on June 19th, July 24th, August 14th and September 11th.
