Planning a wedding can sometimes be a stressful affair, but Calgary couples will soon have a secret weapon on their side, and it may help them build the event of their dreams while still keeping on track with their budget.
The TELUS Convention Centre will be rolling out the welcome mat for the Bridal Expo YYC. It will be an immersive experience, with lots to see, do and explore.
The brides- and grooms-to-be, along with others in their wedding parties, will be invited to scroll through the vendor area, stopping by the booths that catch their interest. They can chat with company representatives, discussing their plans and learning more about what products and services are available. They may be able to make bookings on site, and many of the participating companies will have discounts on offer. Fashion shops, gourmet tastings, a gown sale and decor displays will all be in the mix, and it has been scheduled for one day only.
One of the perks of attending the celebration is that everyone will have the chance to win the grand prize. Expo organizers often ask the companies that sign on to donate Corporate Gifts or experience vouchers that may be used as draw or other prizes.
The 2026 fall instalment of Bridal Expo YYC has been planned for November 8th. Its doors will open at 9:00 am and close for the day at 4:00 pm.
