Baking holiday cookies is a well-loved tradition in many families, and a Calgary class will teach young adults how they can prepare them in their own kitchen.
The class that will be on offer at CAKEify Studios will introduce those who are aged 16 and up to how to prepare decorated cookies, and they will each be able to take their creations home with them. The run time for the activity is two hours, and the session can accommodate up to 10 students.
When the registrants arrive, they will take their seats and receive six cookies and royal icing to use to create their own custom look. As the function is intended to be fun, the students can socialize and get to know one another, though social distancing protocols will be in place. The registration fee has been set at $70 each, and the sign-up process can be completed online.
