Positive Match Rescue Foundation, a Calgary-registered charity, gives dogs and cats a second chance, and to help fund its work, it has scheduled a special photo session for local pet parents.
The foundation will be partnering with students from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) for the Photos With Santa fundraiser. Those who take advantage of the offer will be able to get some fun pictures taken of their furry or feathery friend, and an adoption event will also be taking place so some companion animals in need will have a new home for the holidays.
Both digital and hard copy versions of the portraits will be on offer, and the activity will take place on one day only. Everyone who makes a donation or purchases a photo shoot session will receive free coffee, hot cocoa and cookies, and this will all be taking place at Pet Valu Evanston.
