A special guest will soon be hopping his way along to Calgary’s Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre (BLC) for a day of shopping, egg hunts and other fun.
The centre will be rolling out the red carpet in anticipation of the arrival of the Easter Bunny, who will be taking centre stage for the Easter Pop Up Market that is set to kick off April.
The day will open with an opportunity for the public to browse through the assortment of vendor tables, and at noon, the Easter Bunny will make his grand entrance. The kids can meet him in person while their parents take pictures, and there will be a special announcement, during which the name of BLC Bear will be revealed for the first time. Kids will also have the opportunity to take pictures with the bear. This will be followed by an egg hunt at 1pm, before it is time for everyone to head for home.
