An annual general meeting (AGM) gives a not-for-profit group a chance to come together, and the Bowness Community Association has scheduled its AGM for this coming November.
The organization’s AGM will give its membership, as well as the general public, an opportunity to learn more about its work and its plans for the future. It will be held in Calgary at 7904 43 Ave North West in the evening.
During the event, its membership will be introduced to the candidates for its leadership team, and they will be able to vote them in for 2024. The attendees will be able to ask any questions they have from the floor. The results of the 2023 Quality of Life survey will be released, and details about the group’s various other projects will be shared.
AGMs give a group’s membership, and often the general public, a chance to learn more about the group, what it does and how it uses its funding. Copies of annual reports, voting ballots and other materials for such a function can be prepared by a company that crafts Letterheads and other business materials.
The Bowness Community Association has cordially invited its membership, and anyone else who is interested, to attend its AGM on November 1st. Its doors will open at 7:00 pm, and memberships can be purchased in advance or at the door.
