A Calgary group that believes seniors should be able to enjoy their golden years being healthy, social, and active has plans in the works for a festive and fun holiday gathering.
The Winston Golf Club has been chosen to host the ‘Second Sixties’ holiday social event for 2023. It will be a plated luncheon, and there are two different meal options to choose from.
The members who plan on attending the function may purchase a ticket for one guest, and they will be asked to provide their email and name. The attendees will be served their choice of a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, or a pesto gnocchi served with chef’s vegetable and blistered tomatoes. Dessert, tea and coffee are included as well as part of the ticket price. All ticket holders are asked to call (403)274-0299 ahead of time to place their meal order.
Along with the rest of the fun to be had, the activity will offer a door prize draw for some special Corporate Gifts. Companies offering printing services often have lots of options for event prizes; these usually include both traditional Christmas gifts, as well as outside-the-box ideas.
