A hanging basket filled with annuals can be an easy way to add colour to a balcony, front porch or other location, and a class on the way for a Calgary venue will walk its registrants through the steps of creating one from scratch.
Lee Valley Tools has locations in several provinces, and its Calgary store will be running the Create a Hanging Basket Workshop later this month. Tickets are $75.00 each, and everyone must register if they wish to take part.
The attendees will be provided with all of the supplies required for the project, and the facilitator will walk them through preparing a basket. They will also learn how to care for their hanging mini garden, and will discover how to choose which flowers are best suited. There are two start times to choose from.
