Wellbeing meeting to run in Wangara

Wangara will welcome women to a workshop that offers a save environment to reconnect with themselves.

Ladies who live in Wangara can attend an upcoming event coming to the suburb in spring. Called “Coming Home to Me – A Women's Workshop” the supportive session is aimed at those who feel like they have lost sense of who they are.

Support groups and associations sometimes reach out to professional printing services to create informative marketing materials like pamphlets and leaflets.

The workshop encourages participants to gently pause and step away from their busy lives. Over three hours, those assembled can explore the roles they have assumed in life and discuss whether they are still suitable. Topics explored include people pleasing, boundaries, self-worth and values and delegates will discuss the true meaning of living aligned with who they are instead of who they are expected to be.

Those joining the session will be treated to a hypnotherapy experience and guided meditation and receive an artfully designed workbook and gift bag they can take home. For refreshment that will be light bites and drinks served.

Coming Home to Me – A Women's Workshop will now run ay Ladies HQ On Sunday, August 30. The event begins at 11 am, and the venue is simple to spot at 54 Buckingham Drive in Wangara. The price of admission is $149.55.
