A guided session featuring breathwork and other techniques is taking place at a physical community space in Wangara soon.
Residents can participate in the group class focused on mental and physical wellbeing this year. Spring will see the event called Breathe With Jess run in the suburb that invites women in the community to join an intimate gathering with their peers in a safe space.
Organisers of wellbeing experiences sometimes connect with dedicated poster printing services that can create adverts in different dimensions to post in public spaces to encourage interest.
The evening session will let participants engage in conscious breathing, a practice that aims to draw awareness to each breath taken, supporting a meditative state. The event combines a selection of different approaches including conscious connected breathwork, nerve flossing, body work facilitations and breath re-patterning, all of which are designed to optimise the experience for those taking part.
Breathe With Jess is now running at Ladies HQ on Friday, October 9. The session will get underway at 6 pm and finish at 8 pm. The local event space that holds gatherings for women’s personal development can be found situated at 5/54 Buckingham Drive in Wangara.
Those attending are advised to bring a water bottle with them to hydrate and are required to arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
