Technical software course to run in Wangara

An industrial service centre in Wangara is holding a two-day course dedicated to pump and pipeline design software.

The course, which is called “Pumpsim DESIGN Training”, will be running in the suburb this winter. The educational experience is designed to help candidates use the software efficiently so they can design, validate and enhance pumping systems deployed in a wide array of industrial applications.

Companies operating specialist courses sometimes reach out to brochure printing services that can help them create branded guides and Booklets for prospective students.

The course is led by an expert engineer and draws on several years of Pumpsim and Ventsim software, consulting and training experience. Candidates will learn the fundamental principles of pipeline and pumping design, simulate and model a variety of scenarios and systems and discover strategies that reduce costs significantly through system optimisation.

Day one of the course is titled “Understanding Pipe Network Modelling”, while day two looks at “Practical Applications & Advanced Tools”.

The Pumpsim DESIGN Training course will now run at the Howden Service Centre on Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28. The course hours are from 8 am to 4 pm on both days and the facility can be found at 32 Prosperity Avenue in Wangara.

The cost to attend the training course is $2,530 per person. All those enrolling in the course must come equipped with a suitable laptop that can run Pumpsim design software.
