Wanneroo predicted to experience massive population growth

The outer Perth suburbs have been predicted to go through a population boom over the next two decades.

There is prediction that the City of Wanneroo and City of Kwinana will experience a growth that doubles their original sizes by the year 2036. Other studies indicate that there will be over 400,000 residents in the City of Wanneroo by 2041. This massive population boom may result in a split of the city into two separate councils, and will likely affect the suburb of Wangara and send it through a similar population boom.

According to Tracey Roberts, mayor of the City of Wanneroo, the council could possibly be spilt into two sections – the northern region currently going to expansion, and the already developed southern part. She added that if the northern section grows into a new city on its own, it will definitely receive meticulous and strategic planning.

Based on the release of future predictions of population booms in various councils across Western Australia, home buyers will be able to use that information to select their desired suburbs to settle down in. After determining a location, home buyers often get in touch with real estate agencies who operate around the area for some professional advice. A good place to start would be the Business Cards of real estate agents they have collected over the years.
