A renowned rock band from California will be playing a Western Australian arena, allowing fans from around the area, including Wangara, to see them perform live.
California five-piece rock band Faith No More are playing in Perth on their tour of Australia in the new year. The visit will mark the influential group’s first tour outside of the US since 2015. From being cult heroes of the underground music scene to releasing genre-bending songs that blended pop, rock metal and hip-hop, the band have developed a diverse following.
Fans of the band taking in the Perth show will get a chance to hear a host of Faith No More classics like “Midlife Crisis”, “Epic”, “From Out of Nowhere”, “Falling to Pieces” and “We Care a Lot”, to name but a few.
To lend their support after the bushfire crisis in Australia, Faith No More have pledged to donate $1 (along with GST) from every concert ticket that is sold across their Australia and New Zealand tour dates to the Animals Australia organisation. Faith No More will play the RAC Arena at 700 Wellington Street in Perth, Wester Australia on Wednesday, February 23. The band will be supported by homegrown Melbourne group RVG on all of their shows across the country.
