An upcoming tasting event designed for champagne afficionados will take place later this year in Perth.
An event entitled ‘Champagne and Sommeliers’ will be held in Perth this October, providing those in Wangara and other suburbs with a chance to taste hand-selected labels with specialist guidance in an intimate environment.

The Perth event will feature State Buildings Award-winning Wine Director and the Young Gun of Wine Awards judge Emma Farrelly, restaurateur and world class sommelier Foni Pollitt and Bar Rouge’s Head sommelier Mirco Tarducci. The three experts have selected seven different champagnes to introduce to those attending in a specialist tasting session, accompanied by a fully compatible and carefully prepared menu.
The champagnes being poured at the afternoon and evening occasion include a Louis Roederer Collection on arrival, a Grand Reserve Brut from Andre Clouet, Taittinger Prelude, and a Berêche and Fils Campania Remensis Rosé from 2017, among others.
The Champagne and Sommeliers event will take place at The Mark at State Buildings located at the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street in Perth WA on Thursday, October 20.
