World-class rock comes to Welshpool area

A renowned rock band from made up of musicians from Australia and New Zealand is soon set to play in the Welshpool area.

Rock lovers from Welshpool will not want to miss the chance to see the acclaimed rockers of band Crowded House as they take to the stage at an acclaimed venue in Perth. From stadiums and arenas to clubs and coffee shops, live music venues of all sizes often employ flyer printing services to create colourful leaflets advertising upcoming acts and shows.

In 1985, Crowded House formed in Melbourne, with Neil Finn, the New Zealand vocalist and guitarist, penning songs alongside bassist Neil Seymour and drummer Paul Hester. The band has since gone through numerous line-up changes, but currently includes Finn’s two sons, Liam and Elroy, and Mitchell Froom, a keyboard player from the US, with Seymour and Finn being a constant presence since the group began.

Crowded House enjoyed continuous critical and commercial success in Australia, New Zealand, America and the United Kingdom between 1985 and 1996, and the group’s long-standing popularity continues to this day. Crowded House dominated the US Album chart back in 1987 with its self-titled debut that launched top-10 hits like “Something Strong” and “Don’t Dream it’s Over”.

Crowded House will now play at Kings Park and Botanic Garden on Fraser Avenue in Perth on Sunday, April 3 from 4.30 pm until 6.30 pm.
