A rising star of the UK music scene is set to play live in Perth later this year.
Those who love music in Welshpool and other suburbs of the city will soon have their chance to see UK singer-songwriter Casey Lowry when he comes to Australia as part of his upcoming world tour this April. The Rosemount Hotel will be hosting Lowry’s Perth performance, allowing him to introduce his music to local audiences.

While Lowry was born and grew up in Chesterfield, Derbyshire in the north of England, he relocated to London with the aim of pursue a music career. Today, he is quickly becoming one Britain’s most talked-about indie artists playing guitar-orientated music. Weaving songs about wanderlust and misfortunes in romance, Lowry has been compared to esteemed songwriters such as Bruce Springsteen.
His career took a massive upswing in 2021 when his social media platforms went viral and his songs concerning ‘silly people on the internet’ reached more than 5 million followers.
Casey Lowry will play live at the Rosemount Hotel, located at 459 Fitzgerald Street in North Perth, on Monday, April 17. The show will kick off at 7.30 pm and end at 9.55 pm.
