Led by Kevin Garcia, Executive Head Chef, the team at the Reel Kitchen has prepared wide variety of festive fare crafted from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. True to its location, the waterfront restaurant has included a selection of the finest treats from the sea along with a selection of both cold and hot dishes for the price of $199 per person, including an arrival drink.
The festive dessert menu offers diners traditional plum pudding, served with brandied custard, black forest gateaux, fruit mince tarts and a selection of locally produced cheese paired with condiments.
