A comedian from South Africa who hosts one of America’s most popular talk shows is performing live in Perth later this year.
Welshpool comedy fans will get a chance to see one of the world’s leading comedians in spring. November will find the multi-talented Trevor Noah taking to the stage of Perth’s premier events venue, the RAC Arena. Born in South Africa’s Johannesburg in 1984, Noah is the host of The Daily Show, an award-winning late night talk show in the US. The comedian is also a best-selling author who was recognised by the New York Times for his 2016 comedy autobiography “Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood”.
Noah’s upcoming appearance in Perth is part of his brand-new “Off The Record Tour”, which is the third time he has performed for an RAC audience. An Erasmus Prize and Primetime Emmy award winner, the comedian has also been voted as one of the most influential people working in media today.
