A singer-songwriter from Italy with an impressive pedigree will be touring Australia for the first time ever as headliner, with a stop in Perth.
Fans of opera in Welshpool will be able to see Matteo Bocelli in concert this March when he appears in Perth. The acclaimed artist will be performing live on stage in the city as part of his debut headline tour presented by EG Van Egmond.
Dubbed “A Night with Matteo Australian Tour 2024”, the antipodean odyssey will see the son of the world-famous tenor opera singer Andrea Bocelli take centre stage. The last time he sang for Australian audiences was back in 2022, when the young Tuscan artist was a special guest on the national arena tour of his father.
Massive event venues like arenas and stadiums often rely on expert banner printing services that can create hardwearing and largescale signage for promotional purposes.
Bocelli has inherited the impressive operatic abilities of his father, but has since blazed a trail of his own, creating a varied repertoire that combines classical with contemporary. Alongside opera and classical music, he also sings pop, showcased in his recent collaboration with the celebrated singer Ed Sheeran. To reach a wider audience, the singer performs music in both Italian and English languages.
Matteo Bocelli is scheduled to appear at the Perth Concert Hall on Saturday, March 30.
