International conference for women held in Perth

Australia's first Women Economic Forum (WEF) was held recently in Perth.

The WEF is an international organisation where women from diverse backgrounds can network together for personal and business development. The forum is an opportunity for women to mix with other women, some of whom are world renown authors, entrepreneurs, business leaders and celebrities.

Carol Hanlon, CEO of non-profit community organisation Belmont Business Enterprise Centre (BEC Global) headed the forum and said that she had received amazing feedback from both delegates and speakers. She said that everyone who attended the forum told her how much the event had inspired them. She also explained she had been commended on how much the women enjoyed participating in conversations and discussions between those who shared a common vision.

Over 100 speakers from all over the world attended the forum and shared their knowledge on skills and talents as well as giving encouraging and inspiring messages. Delegates travelled from as far as the UK, India and the USA.

Hanlon further said that the WEF Perth 2019 was organised by volunteers and appreciated the support it had received from all its sponsors, which included the Rotary Club of Welshpool. Clubs and other organisations often advertise their activities with the use of Promotional Products.

Photos and video recordings of the day will be available to the public by the middle of August.
