Everyone from current school students to older people looking to change their career should find some useful information at this year’s Perth Career Expo.
The event, which takes place next month, features many of the country’s leading tertiary institutions, as well as specialised training providers such as film schools and hospitality colleges.
Major employers, including government departments such as Parks and Wildlife and the Defence Force, are also scheduled to attend and some may even have jobs currently available that might interest visitors.
Young people from nearby Welshpool thinking about which subjects to study at school or which university course to take to pursue their chosen career will find helpful information, while people looking for a career change will also find plenty to help them, with everything from trades to post graduate studies covered.
With representatives from each organisation on hand to speak to visitors, the expo offers a great opportunity to get questions answered in person. However, the use of printing services to create Brochures and leaflets will also enable visitors to take information home to think about later, and compare options before making a final decision.
The expo takes place at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 15th May to Sunday 18th May. The event is open from 9am to 3pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Entry is free.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
