Cannington is set to welcome back a well-attended spring event later this year.
Residents of Cannington will rejoice to hear that the Canning Show is making a welcome return for 2025. The yearly event will launch on the last day of October and in honour of the date, has a little Halloween magic planned.
Organisers of Halloween events often order themed adverts from specialist flyer printing services featuring spooky seasonal characters like witches, vampires, zombies and werewolves.
Those coming down to the festivities, which will take place over two days, are encouraged to come down in their best costume. There are a wealth of activities and experiences planned for the show which include live performances hands-on creative sessions, engaging exhibits and immersive opportunities designed for different age groups to enjoy.
For more than 110 years, the Canning Show has been supported and operated by the Cannington non-profit the Canning Agricultural, Horticultural & Recreational Society. The event has continued to evolve throughout the years with the aim of constantly reinventing just what a community event can offer, while remaining true to its original design.
The Canning Show will now be held at the Cannington Exhibition and Showgrounds from Friday, October 31 until Saturday November 1. The venue can easily be found at Gate 1 at the corner of Station Street and Albany Highway in Cannington.
