A physical fitness session designed for people in Hawthorn over the age of 50 will be held in the suburb this spring.
Hawthorn residents who are 50 and over can soon participate in a special exercise session designed with their age group in mind. The November session is organised by local fitness provider Renewed After 50 and is called “Go4Life”.
Companies offering health and wellbeing services often use professional printing services to create branded marketing materials that advertise to their target demographic.
The Go4Life sessions are group-based fitness classes suited to older adults that are engineered to be friendly and fun. They aim to provide all round physical health benefits for people over 50 and focus on core areas like strength, coordination, cardio, balance, agility, stretch and flexibility.
Renewed After 50 offers an extensive range of opportunities for senior adults in Hawthorn seeking to get fit and healthy while socialising. This includes fortnightly Sunday morning walks and regular group hikes. It also supplies personal and balance training, as well as expert nutritional advice that examines current diets and offers alternative regimens.
The Go4Life group training session will take place at Renewed after 50 on Friday, November 8. The venue can be found at 5, St Columbs St in Hawthorn, and the session will kick off at 10.30 am. Interested parties can check out the organiser’s website for other dates, as classes take place frequently.
