Electrifying expo to come to Hawthorn Arts Centre
Electrify Boroondara will partner with the Boroondara Council to bring their Electrify Your Life Expo to the Hawthorn community. Residents are invited to explore the latest innovations in efficient domestic products and services, and discover how they can work to reduce their household’s environmental footprint.
Over 50 local exhibitors will be available at the event to help attendees explore their options for installing rooftop solar panels and batteries, heat-pump hot-water systems, energy efficient double glazed windows, heating and cooling, insulation, electric vehicle charging and how to make the switch to electric from gas appliances.
Expo attendees will also have the chance to get their questions answered, with the Ask Me Anything hub manned by experts, panel discussions and presentations covering everything from implementing electrical solutions in the house, to tech innovations in electric vehicles, e-bikes, and solar energy. Government representatives will also be available to breakdown rebates and policy updates.
Expos like this one are a great chance for businesses to connect with potential customers about high-cost or commitment products and services, such as installing solar panels or retro-fitting existing homes. Vendors advertising such services may turn to brochure printing providers to produce take-home resources for potential customers, featuring their business’ contact information.
The Electrify Your Life Expo will take place at the Hawthorn Arts Centre on Sunday, October 12.
