Small Business Bus to visit Essendon in September

Small Business Victoria will be offering free mentoring sessions to owners of small businesses when the Small Business Bus visits Essendon next month.

Experienced mentors from the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS) will be available to help small business owners develop their ideas and their business’s capabilities. They can help in areas such as identifying and clarifying the direction for a small business, deciding on key issues and setting priorities, and can help business owners plan the best way to achieve their goals.

SBMS mentors are all volunteers, often recently retired from the business world, who are happy to share their wealth of knowledge and experience to help other people wishing to establish a small business. They enjoy helping others overcome the types of obstacles that they have faced and to achieve success.

All discussions are completely private and confidential. There are sessions from 10am till 4pm and each business is entitled to one 45-minute session. Bookings are essential and can be made through Eventbrite.

For events such as this, organisers often use brochure printing so that visitors can have useful reference material to take away with them.

The Small Business Bus will be at English Street Green, between Essendon Fields Medical Centre and Dental Associates, 20-40 English Street on Tuesday 24th September. For other dates and locations contact Business Victoria.
