Joy coming for Essendon music fans

An acclaimed venue in Victoria is set to host a show from an acclaimed Melbourne musician.

Singer-songwriter Vance Joy is returning home to Melbourne later this year to perform in concert at the celebrated Sydney Myer Bowl, allowing music lovers from Essendon and other areas to see him play.

One of Australia’s most treasured artists, Joy has had incredible streaming success across the globe with hits like 'Mess is Mine', 'Riptide', 'Lay It on Me', 'Georgia', 'We're Going Home', 'Saturday Sun' and 'Missing Piece'. Between them, these tracks have clocked up billions of plays. His growing popularity has seen him appear on a wide range of TV shows in the UK and US, including Jools Holland, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Today Show, Late Night with Seth Myers and Good Morning America.

At home, Joy has won ARIA Awards and enjoyed the top spot in the album chart for his projects ‘Dream Your Life Away’ in 2014 and ‘Nation of Two’ in 2018. Musicians often consult with specialist Graphic Design Services to create branded artwork for their studio and live albums.

Vance Joy will be performing live on stage at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, located at Kings Domain Gardens on Linlithgow Avenue in Melbourne on Saturday, November 26. Joy will be joined on the night by friends Budjerah, Thelma Plum and Mia Wray. Tickets are priced between $109 and $159 per person.
