Music fans from Essendon and other parts of Melbourne won’t want to miss the chance to see American recording artist Weyes Blood when she takes to the stage at the Forum with support from Lost Animal this coming June. Live music venues like theatres and concert halls often employ professional poster printing services to create engaging one-sheets they can display outside and inside in foyers to attract interest in the shows they host.
Born Natalie Mering in California, Blood provided vocals to multiple bands before releasing her own unique brand of music. She recently released her album “And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow” to critical acclaim from both the Sunday Times Culture and SPIN magazine. Commenting on her music, the artist said:
"My heart is a glow stick that's cracked up, lighting up my chest in an explosion of earnestness."
The new album features her ethereal singing style and indie rock sounds, which will both be showcased on her upcoming visit down under. The Melbourne gigs are part of Blood’s Australia tour entitled: “Holy Flux: New Dawn”.
Weyes Blood and Lost Animal will perform live at the Forum Melbourne situated at 154 Flinders Street in Melbourne on Wednesday, June 7 and Thursday, June 8.
