Essendon area to present Mexican event
An upcoming occasion with a Mexican theme will soon take place in Melbourne.
Those with a passion for food, music, arts and culture in Essendon won’t want to miss an event coming to Melbourne in October. Dubbed “Arriba! Melbourne Mexican Festival 2023”. For three-days, the Golden Square Carpark will be transformed into Mexican-themed wonderland, allowing attendees to indulge in a whole host of activities.
Organisers of events celebrating specific countries often employ talented banner printing services to produce signage featuring national colours like the red, green and white present on the Mexican flag.
Those coming to the festival are invited to come wearing a Day of the Dead costume and to immerse themselves in the best of Mexican folklore and culture. Along with a procession, there will be live music and classic mariachi bands. For food and drink, festivalgoers can enjoy cool margaritas while feasting on classic Mexican snacks like guacamole, tacos, salsa burritos, empanadas, enchiladas and fajitas, served by over 20 different vendors.
